Weeks 0 to 2
A call, a workshop and a written brief you sign off. Nothing gets designed until the brief is agreed.
Weeks 3 to 8
Design and build run side by side. You see the real site in the browser from week four, not a picture of it.
Weeks 9 to 11
Content, testing on real phones, a soft launch to friends, then the real one. Launch is always a Tuesday.
