Colour first: building a palette from a photograph
Every palette we make starts with one real photograph. Here's the method, step by step.
Start with the real thing
We ask for one photograph that feels like the business on a good day. Not a mood board, one photo.
We pull five colours from it: the biggest area, the loudest accent, the darkest dark, the lightest light and one surprise.
Test it on a phone at noon
A palette that works on a studio monitor can die on a phone in sunlight. We test every palette outside before anyone sees it.
